For those of us trying to save our Tastebuds history, here is how you export your data before it is too late:
Go to your settings: https://tastebuds.fm/settings
Click on Account (option on the left side of screen)
Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see text link, "Export Your Data"
Click it and download the ZIP.
Locally on your computer, you can right-click the ZIP folder and select "Extract All."
You will see four CSV files: your videos are in "profile_songs_..."
Save this file!
CSV is VERY useful for importing data into databases and other software. For example, there is are third party web services such as "Soundiiz" that will help you import your list onto Youtube, Music Youtube, Spotify, etc.
Likewise, I hope to set up an archive section here on PhonicFriends.fm to help people preserve their history. But, the point is, keep that CSV file. You can even open it in Excel or Google Sheets and scroll through you history that way, links and all.
I did that a while back but when Excel opens it just shows a blank page... any idea why?
@sable Hmm. That is strange. Are you making sure to Extract (ie: unzip) the download first?
If that isn't the reason, I am curious if opening a new Google Sheet and then using the Import option (under the File menu) would produce results...
